Francesca is the Girdlers’ New Zealand HRC post-doctoral fellow for 2007-2009. She obtained her PhD in Human Nutrition at the University of Otago in 2006. Francesca’s area of research includes determining the effect of dietary fat and serum fatty acids on the risk of prostate cancer and working on the Oxford web-based dietary questionnaire (Oxford WebQ).
